Booking Amount

The initial booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances as it secures your vehicle, driver, and travel dates.

Cancellation Charges

• • 30+ days before departure: 50% of total trip cost
• • 15–30 days before departure: 75% of total trip cost
• • 0–15 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost

Custom & Tailor-Made Trips

Customized itineraries may involve pre-booked hotels or services. Cancellation charges may vary accordingly.

No Show

Failure to report on the scheduled date and time will be treated as a no-show. 100% of the trip cost will be charged.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed only if requested 30 or more days before departure (subject to availability). Requests within 30 days are not permitted.

Weather & Government Restrictions

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, alternative arrangements will be provided where possible. No refunds will be issued for unused services.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
